Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using WebSafe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. WebSafe is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. These terms are between you and Qvornyx Data Ltd, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for WebSafe or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Subscription and payment
Auto-renewal: a WebSafe subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period so protection is never interrupted. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: cancel through the platform you used to subscribe. On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → WebSafe. If you purchased directly on our website, contact us and we will process the cancellation.
Refunds: App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund rules. Direct purchases are covered by our Refund Policy and by mandatory consumer rights in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

Services and content
No professional advice. WebSafe provides digital protection, privacy insight, and device-security tools for everyday use. The information and insights it offers are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or enterprise security advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Personalized tools. Some features adapt to the data and preferences you provide. Their performance may vary depending on usage, device compatibility, and other factors, so specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Feature limitations
- SMS Scam Filter applies to regular SMS from unknown senders and does not apply to iMessage.
- Filters and threat data may produce false positives, false negatives, delays, or incomplete coverage.
- Device checks depend on the information iOS exposes and are not a substitute for professional security analysis.
- Privacy Report explanations depend on the completeness of the system report you share.
User responsibilities
Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it up to date. Inaccurate details may affect service quality and can lead to suspension of access.
Respectful conduct. Interact with our team and other users courteously. Abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behavior may lead to a warning, suspension, or permanent termination at our discretion.
Acceptable use. Do not interfere with the app’s operation, bypass security controls, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to violate the rights of others, or overload connected services by automated means.
Third-party services
Features interact with Apple services, Have I Been Pwned, security-data providers, and GPT-based tooling. These services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party products, data, or availability.
Ownership
WebSafe, including its design, software, brand, and original content, is owned by Qvornyx Data Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license and transfer no ownership.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebSafe is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Qvornyx Data Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, financial loss, or loss of privacy — arising from your use of, or inability to use, WebSafe. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Dispute resolution
Where permitted by law, disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive participation in class or representative actions. Opt-out: you may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your full name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. Consumers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or business practice. We will revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction where legally permitted. You may have additional rights under consumer or privacy law in your country or region; nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
